I took a ring to Platinum Jewelers because the pearl had been lost. I explained that I needed it replaced by a certain time. The owner was extremely helpful and said he would try to find a replacement pearl and have it repaired by the time I needed it. True to his word, the ring was repaired beautifully. I am very pleased with the service and the quality of the replacement pearl and the price! Great people to work with.
