Return and Exchange Policy (Online Sales)*

Returns & Exchange for ONLINE sales are allowed within 15 days from the shipment date.  A RMA number is required for all returns.  Please e-mail or call for a RMA and return instructions.  

* This return policy is for items purchased online via our web site.  See the retail store for the Return and Exchange Policy for items purchased in-store.

  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be issued before we accept any online returns or returns shipped back to us.  The RMA number must be clearly written on the shipping label or box.
  • Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and shipping insurance coverage.
  • Items must be in their original condition and contain all original packaging, instructions and paperwork. Watches must be returned with all links.
  • Returns and exchanges are not allowed on clearance, consignments, or custom orders.
  • All refunds are credited to the same tender as the original purchase method, excluding delivery charges.
    • Processing time for refunds is approximately five (5) business days from the date of the return. The refund will be generated at the time the return is processed, but the timeframe for it to reflect as a credit on your card is dependent on your individual financial institution. However, most are reflected in 5-7 Business Days.
  • All shipped returns MUST include the RMA number and all original documents received with your order.
  • All returns will be inspected by our Quality Assurance team before a refund is issued.  If the items are received and not in original condition or eligible for a full refund, we will contact the customer and may offer a partial refund or return the items to the customer at the customer’s expense.
